The client agrees that the commissioned artwork is for personal use only. This means that the artwork cannot be used to sell physical or digital goods. If you would like to purchase a license to use my artwork for merchandise, this must be discussed prior, as it will affect the overall price of a project. The client may not use the artwork to create merchandise until an agreement has been reached in writing.

Appropriate use of the artwork includes: icons, banners, signatures, character references, emotes, etc.

EMOTE COMMISSIONS can be used as an incentive to get people to subscribe to a client's page, whether it be on a livestreaming service like Twitch or a messaging client such as Discord.

Some form of credit to the artist is required anywhere the artwork is being used, wherever possible.

Using the artwork with any of the current and future variations of the following is is strictly prohibited: block-chain technologies such as NFTs, generative AI, generative AI learning, AI filters, cryptocurrency, NFT games, etc. This means that the artwork cannot appear in any of these, and it cannot be used to advertise anything related to these technologies in any way.

The client agrees not to alter, trace, or reproduce the artwork in any way. Exceptions include things like adding non-AI filters to the image, cropping it for banners, icons, etc.

Similarly, the client agrees not to have another artist alter, trace, or otherwise reproduce my artwork in any way.

Artwork may be commissioned as a gift. Please ensure that the gift recipient understands the Terms of Service.

I retain the copyright to any artwork I produce.

I retain the right to use, publish, and display the artwork, including screenshots and recordings of the artwork's creation, unless discussed otherwise.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission if a client is being excessively and continuously rude. Under these specific circumstances, the commission will not be refunded, and the client will be blacklisted.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request at any time.

Payments are currently only accepted through PayPal invoices. Please do not attempt to make a payment until the invoice has been sent.

All items are in United States Dollars.

Payments must be made up front and in full before I begin working on the commission.

Once I have gotten started on the artwork, there will be no refunds, unless I cancel the commission myself. The exception to this is a cancellation due to an excessively and consistently rude customer.

Clients are added to the queue once payments have been submitted in full.

I will send work in progress images at various stages of completion to ensure the image is progressing in the intended direction.

Minor alterations and corrections are free during the work in progress stages. Notable changes/deviations from what was described in the original commission request may incur additional fees.

Alterations done after the artwork has been completed will result in additional fees, unless I got something wrong and it was not caught before the final stages.

I will not move onto the next stage of the artwork (example: sketch to lineart) until I have received approval from the client. Please keep an eye on your emails. Repeat clients may request to receive updates via Discord instead.

Artwork is typically completed within 4-6 weeks of when I begin working on it. I will let clients know when I have started.

Upon completion, files will be sent via email. Most images will be 2000px wide maximum, with the exception of wide format images, which can be up to 3000 px maximum.

Clients are responsible for keeping back-ups of their commissioned artwork once they have received them.

If I have not replied to your request within 5 business days, please feel free to submit your request again, or let me know through Discord or social media. It is rare, but there are times when emails get sent to the wrong place or fail to appear altogether.
