The artwork you are commissioning from me is for non-commercial use only. This means that you cannot use my artwork to sell physical or digital goods. If you would like to purchase a license to use my artwork on merchandise, discuss it with me first, and we will negotiate fees. You may not use the artwork on merchandise, physical or digital, until we have come to an agreement and I have granted my consent in writing.

NOTE FOR EMOTE COMMISSIONS: You can absolutely use the emotes as an incentive to get people to subscribe to you. As stated above, you cannot use the artwork in merchandise until we’ve negotiated the terms and fees.

**Do not sell the artwork itself to anyone, for any reason. **

Use of the artwork with NFTs is absolutely not permitted.

**None of my artwork is to be used with AI or AI learning. Do not AI to make edits or additions to my work. **

You may print the image on anything as long as you are not using the printed material to make a profit.

Appropriate use of the artwork includes: icons, banners, signatures, character references, emotes, etc.

Whenever possible, provide credit in the description or page where my image is being displayed so that it is clearly and easily visible.

You can decide whether or not I have permission to post the commission online once it has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to: my website, any social media websites, and Patreon.

If you would like to post the image to your own social media, I will provide a low resolution, watermarked version of the artwork. Please note that you can only post the image once I have already done so. This means that if you don’t grant me permission to post the art online, you can’t post it online either. Privately sharing the work amongst your friends is perfectly okay.

**Never cover or erase my watermark ** on the public version of the image.

Commissioned artwork can be used as a gift. Please ensure that the person the gift is for understands all the appropriate uses for the artwork.

**You may not, under any circumstances, claim my artwork as your own, privately or publicly. **

Do not alter, trace, reproduce, or steal my work in any way. (Filters and cropping for banners, icons, etc. is fine. If you’re uncertain about how far you can go, please ask me).

Do not have another artist alter, trace, reproduce, or otherwise work directly off of my artwork.

Breaking any of the terms of service will result in immediate loss of all rights to the image. You will not have the right to use the image in any way, privately or publicly, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Payments are currently only accepted through PayPal.

All prices are in USD and are base prices. They may increase depending on the complexity of your request. If your piece requires an increase, I will let you know before sending an invoice to give you time to decide if you’d still like to proceed.

Payment is expected in full before I start on the commission. Your slot is not guaranteed until payment has gone through. By submitting your payment, you are indicating that you understand and agree to all of the information outlined here.

I accept or decline commissions on a case by case basis. Please do not send payment until I send you an invoice. All invoices will come from [email protected]. If the invoice is not from that email, do not pay it, and contact me immediately.

Do not send payments as donations. I will consider it a donation and not a payment.

Full refunds are only available if I have not started on your commission, or if I cancel the commission myself.

Once the commission has been started, the amount refunded will depend on how much work I’ve done on your piece. The further along I am, the lower the amount you will receive in your refund.

When I initiate the refund, you give up your rights to the image completely, including personal and commercial rights.

Completed pieces are not eligible for refunds in any amount.

Any chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklisting, as well as loss of all rights to the image or images you commissioned, regardless of its current state.

Once you have submitted payment in full, I will add you to the queue.

I will send various work in progress images to ensure the image is progressing in the direction you want.

Minor alterations and corrections are free, but major deviations from what you initially described will cost an additional fee.

I will not move o to the next stage until you have approved the current progress. Please keep an eye on your emails! (You can also request to be sent progress via Discord, instead).

Once the art is complete, I will send the file/s via email.

The maximum width for files I send out will be 3000 pixels, for wide format images. Most images will be 2000 pixels wide or less.

You are responsible for keeping back-ups of your commission images once they are completed and I have sent them to you.
